Thomas C. “Claude” Haché, of Waltham, died Saturday, April 25, 2026 at Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge. He was 78.
Tom was born in Grand Etang, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia on October 13, 1947, a son of the late Simon and Marie Jeanette (Doucet) Haché, and moved to the States as a young man.
He was a longtime member of the Carpenters Union, Local No. 67 where his affable nature earned him many friends.

The arrival of his six grandchildren gave him a new lease on life and time spent with them was always cherished.

Haché (Denise) of Burlington; his grandchildren, Tyler, Jenna, Julia, Jeremy, Cadence and Connor; his sisters, Leona Poirer and Norma Lamont, both of Waltham and many nieces, nephews and their families.
