Thomas was born to the late William and Aileen (Decker) Clark on September 25, 1954 in Boston, Massachusetts at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital. He was born and raised in Waltham, MA, graduated from Waltham High School in 1972, and took courses at Franklin Cummings Tech in Electrical Engineering. Tom’s working career included many years in electrical distribution, automotive service advising, and property management. Tom was very mechanically inclined and enjoyed fixing almost anything. Upon retirement, he focused on his passions like camping, hiking, biking and spending quality time with family and friends. He passionately traveled cross country in his Winnebago camper van as a happy nomad and relished the sights and sounds of each state he visited. Tom always stopped to enjoy the brilliant colors of sunrises and sunsets on his adventures.

Tom was a loving father, devoted grandfather and helpful friend who was known for being kind-hearted, adventurous and independent. Tom was a beacon of warmth and joy, leaving behind a radiant spirit that cannot be extinguished. He has inspired his family and friends across the country to enjoy this beautiful world.

Tom is survived by his daughter Melissa (Clark) Johnson of North Kingstown, RI and son Ryan Clark of Merrimack, NH, grandchildren Rachael, Shane and Andrew Johnson, and siblings Mary (Clark) Gilberto, Karen Clark and Stephen Clark. Tom is also survived by two brothers-in-law Michael Gilberto and John Miceli and many nephews, nieces and friends. He was preceded in death by his beloved sister Elizabeth (Clark) Miceli.
