Susan A. McEnaney, of Brighton, formerly of Weston, died Thursday, October 6, 2022 at Presentation of Brighton Nursing Home. She was 75.
Susan was born in Boston on July 1, 1947 and had been a resident of Weston for several years. She graduated from Weston High School and later earned a degree at Harcum College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
She had worked as a special needs teacher at private schools in the area and in later years enjoyed working at Russell's Garden Center in Wayland.
The daughter of the late Robert and Ursula (Kohler) McEnaney, she leaves her dear cousins, Joan O'Brien of Boston, Arthur Kohler of Hookset, New Hampshire, Judith Hardiman of Hingham and their families, and her lifelong dear friend, Mary Claire Deery of Cleveland, Ohio.
Susan was also a cousin of the late Robert Kohler and the longtime friend and companion of the late Annette Burnet.
Family and friends will honor and remember Susan's life by gathering for her Memorial Mass on Friday, October 21, 2022 at 11 a.m. in Saint Julia's Church, 374 Boston Post Road in Weston.
Memorial donations may be made to First Choice Hospice, 1842 Beacon Street, Brookline, MA 02445.
