Waltham – Mr. Stephen D. DeSouza, of Waltham, died Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at his home following a period of declining health. He was 75.
Stephen was born in Revere on July 22, 1946, a son of the late Anthony and Bertha (Harcourt) DeSouza. He was raised in Wakefield and served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
A longtime Waltham resident, he worked as a bus operator for the MBTA until his retirement.
He leaves his wife, Barbara P. (Goetz) DeSouza and his daughter, Anna-Maria DeSouza of Waltham.
Family and friends will honor and remember Stephen's life by gathering for a memorial service at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 28, 2022 at First Parish Church, 50 Church Street, Waltham.
