Roy C. 'Chris' Audunson

Warwick, Rhode Island - Mr. Roy C. 'Chris' Audunson, a former longtime Waltham resident and Arlington native, died Monday, October 12, 2026 in Brentwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was 85.

Beloved husband of the late Lynda G. (Bergen) Audunson (July 1, 2000). 

He leaves his sons, Scott D. Audunson of Waimanolo, Hawaii and Keith T. Audunson of Warwick, Rhode Island; his siblings, Sandi L. Lawson (James) of Ipswich, Jamie N. Audunson (late Cheryl) of Pocasset and Bobbie J. Audunson of Arlington; nieces and nephews.

Family and friends honor and remember Chris' life by gathering for a Morning Wake on Tuesday, October 20th from 10 - 11 a.m. in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rt. 20), Waltham, followed by his funeral service at 11 a.m. The Rev. Patrick McCorkle of the First Baprtist Church in Arlington will officiate. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham.
