Ms. Martha Jackson of Bedford died Friday, August 26, 2022 in Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington. She was 95. She was born in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania on August 1, 1927.
Always eager to invite visitors into her residence at the Edinburg Center, Martha always made guests feel welcome and at home. She was known for always checking in to see how others were doing, and loved her church sessions, music and signing. Martha was always comforting to those who needed support, an inviting presence to all, and will be sorely missed by those who knew her.
Martha is survived by her friends at the Edinburg Center Community.
Friends will gather on Thursday, September 15th, in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street, Waltham, where her Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Shawsheen Cemetery, Bedford.
