Waltham - Mrs. Marietta L. 'Molly' (McHugh) Kilbane, of Waltham, died Tuesday, January 22, 2008 at Meadow Green Nursing Home, Waltham. She was 92.
Born in Lowell on March 15, 1915, a daughter of the late Edward and Charlotte (Peterson) McHugh, Molly had lived in Waltham for more than seventy years. Until her retirement she worked for over 30 years as a school traffic supervisor for the City of Waltham. Before that, she worked as a secretary at Metropolitan State Hospital in Waltham.
The wife of the late Thomas J. Kilbane, she leaves a son, Edward Ryan; one granddaughter, several nieces and nephews and many friends, including Maureen Devoe and Lorraine LeBlanc, both of Waltham.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral at 9:30 a.m. Thursday from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Saint Mary's Church, 133 School Street, Waltham at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne at 1:30 p.m.
Visiting hours are Wednesday from 2 to 4 p.m.
