Lisa M. Bryson

Ms. Lisa Marie Bryson, of Waltham, died peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, in Blackstone Valley Health & Rehabilitation Center after years of illness. She was 58.

Lisa was born in Waltham on August 21, 1965, a daughter of Joseph A. Bryson, Sr. of Hudson and the late Rita E. (Biddy) Bryson, and was a graduate of Waltham High School.  She lived most of her life in Waltham and in Hudson.

Until illness forced her retirement, she worked for years as a dispatcher for Ace Service Company in Needham. Lisa loved her family and her friends and cherished the moments spent with them.

In addition to her father, Joe, she leaves her daughter, Alisha Marie Schofield of Hudson; her siblings, Kevin Bryson and his wife, Linda, of Clinton, Sharon Bryson of Hudson, Steven Bryson of Waltham, Ronald Bryson of Hudson; her lifelong best friend, Mechelle Gagnon of Uxbridge and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Lisa was also a sister of the late Joseph 'Joey' Bryson, Jr.

Family and friends will honor and remember Lisa’s life by gathering to visit on Saturday, June 15th from 10 a.m. to 12 noon in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rt. 20) Waltham followed by her funeral service at 12 noon. Burial will follow in Mount Feake Cemetery, Waltham..
