Laura Jean Vitale

Laura Jean (Casey) Vitale, of Nashua, New Hampshire, died Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at her home.  She was 56.

Laura Jean was born in Jamaica Plain on May 18, 1967 and was raised in Waltham.  She was a graduate of Waltham High School and worked for years as a secretary for Vitale Electric before becoming a wedding planner at the Westford Regency Hotel . . . a job that she loved and was really good at.

Before moving to Nashua seven years ago Laura Jean lived in Billerica for many years.

She leaves her son, Daniel P. Vitale, Jr. (Kem Sousa) of Wilmington; her step-daughter, Kristey Fogg (Daniel) of Derry, New Hampshire; her mother, Darlene E. (Dunham) Burket (William) of Orlando, Florida; her father, William J. Casey; her grandchildren, Savannah Vitale and Natalie Fogg; her brother, William J. Casey, Jr. (Amy) of Manchester, New Hampshire; her longtime companion, Charles W. Pearson, III and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will honor and remember Laura Jean’s life by gathering for calling hours in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham on Wednesday, October 25^th from 4 to 7 p.m.
