Joseph F. "Jay" Biggins

Mr. Joseph F. “Jay” Biggins, of Waltham, died Sunday, February 11, 2024 in his home. He was 81.

Jay was born in Waltham on January 31, 1943, a son of the late Raymond L. and Cecelia E. (Sullivan) Biggins. Raised in the city he became a respected Waltham police officer for many years. He served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War.

He was predeceased by his siblings, the late Ronald L. Biggins, William F. Biggins, Raymond W. Biggins and Margaret Haynes.

Graveside services for Jay will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, February 28th in Mount Feake Cemetery, 203 Prospect Street, Waltham.
