Janice J. Cobuzzi

She was born on May 26, 1940 in Waltham a daughter of the late Eugene and Exilda (Belliveau) Cobuzzi and was a graduate of Saint Mary’s High School. She lived many years in North Conway, New Hampshire and returned to Framingham in 2013.

Janice worked for many years at NEC Technologies in Northborough in various capacities, retiring as a plant manager.

Pleasures and happiness came in the form on being ‘Grammy’ to her grandkids and mom to her daughters and son. She also enjoyed working with arts and crafts.

She leaves her children, Karen F. Cullinane and her husband, David, of Millbury, Bradley J. Land, and his wife, Sheila, of Danville, Virginia and Kristin M. Ferreira of Clinton; her grandchildren, David and Chelsea Land, Seth and Cassandra Land and Jordan Ferreira; also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; her sisters, Jacqueline Doyle, and her husband, Barry, of Brookline, New Hampshire, Cayce Sands of Milford, New Hampshire and the sister of the late Eugene Cobuzzi Jr.; sister-in-law of Mary Ellen Cobuzzi of Ashland; also survived by nieces & nephews.

Family and friends will honor and remember Janice’s life by gathering for a calling hour in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham on Friday, October 6th from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. followed by her funeral service at 11:30 a.m. Burial will follow in Mount Feake Cemetery, Waltham.
