Jack and Joan Dempsey

Jack and Joan Dempsey will be laid to rest with military honors on Thursday, January 4, 2024 at 1 p.m. in Mount Feake Cemetery, 203 Prospect Street, Waltham.

Jack died on December 8, 2023, and was reunited with his wife, Joan, who died November 10, 2023, and their daughter, Kathryn M. Dempsey, who died August 4, 2017.

Memorial donations may be made to a fund established at Cambridge Savings Bank to help the family of Waltham Police Officer Paul Tracey, a dear friend of Jack’s and his family. Checks should be made payable to The Paul Tracey Family and can be dropped off at any CSB branch office or by mail to Cambridge Savings Bank, 40 Leonard Street, Belmont, MA  02478.
