Waltham - Mrs. Elaine M. (Secord) Quaranto, died Wednesday, April 29, 2026 in Massachusetts General Hospital after an illness. She was 79.
Beloved wife of the late Peter A. Quaranto (May 22, 2023) she leaves her children, Michael A. Quaranto (Corrie) of Belmore, New York and Lori Flores (Luis) of Waltham; grandmother of Gianna, Donnelly (Andrew), Luis and Alex Flores and Mia and Brynn Quaranto; sister of Barbara Chester (Thomas) of Phoenix, Arizona; sister-in-law of Debby Secord of Sutton (late Ralph Secord); also survived by nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will honor and remember Elaine’s life by gathering for an Evening Wake at The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham, on Tuesday, May 5th, from 4 to 7 p.m., and again on Wednesday morning where her funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Mount Feake Cemetery.
