Bhuliben N. Patel

Bhuliben Nathubhai Patel passed away on Saturday, December 23^rd, 2023 at the age of 92. Bhuliben, known to her family as Ba, was born in Tundi, Gujarat, India, to Rambhai and Ichhaben and was the fourth of five children. She was married to the late Nathubhai Jivanbhai Patel of Kanav.

Ba was a larger-than-life figure in our community and has touched the lives of countless people. She will always be remembered for her caring nature, her smile, her strength, and her determination. She dedicated her life to her family and endlessly supported her children and grandchildren to achieve their goals and follow their dreams. Ba loved cooking, singing, chatting on the phone, and watching the Red Sox, Celtics, and Jeopardy. She was a gracious host, captivating storyteller, and was well versed in Hindu culture and rituals. Ba always made everybody feel special and showered them with love and respect.

Ba is survived by her son Kishor and daughter-in-law Manju, her daughter Lata and son-in-law Anil, grandchildren Amar & Arti, Sunny & Punita, Teemu, and Paree, and great grandchildren Sarina, Kayla, Malina, Rayan, and Kiara. She is also survived by many more loving cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Family and friends will celebrate and remember Ba by gathering at the Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham, on Wednesday, December 27^th, from 6 to 7 p.m. for a prathna and again at 9 a.m. on Thursday morning for the funeral service.
