Mr. Anthony C. DiClemente, of Hyannis, died Tuesday, February 13, 2024 in Cape Cod Hospital. He was 63.
Family and friends will honor and remember Tony’s life by gathering to visit in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham on Saturday, February 24th beginning at 11 a.m. followed by his funeral service at 12 noon.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Vincent A. DiClemente Memorial Scholarship Fund, c/o CRLS, 459 Broadway, Cambridge, Massachusetts 02138
