Ann E. (Healey) Senarian

Waltham

Mrs. Ann E. (Healey) Senarian, of Waltham, died Thursday, June 22, 2023 in Woburn Rehabilitation and Nursing Center following a period of declining health. She was 89.

Ann was born in Waltham on July 24, 1933, a daughter of the late John and Margaret (Kearny) Healey. Raised in Waltham, she was a graduate of the former Saint Mary’s High School.

She married Allen Senarian on April 16, 1961 in Saint Mary’s Church on School Street and the two spent 60 wonderful years of marriage together until his passing on December 22, 2021. They were lifelong Waltham residents were faithful communicants of Our Lady’s Church.

Ann was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved going to Cape Cod each summer. One of her favorite memories was traveling to California facilitated and accompanied by the famous Rex Trailer. In her younger years there were many happy annual 4th of July celebrations with her sisters. She enjoyed caring for her grandchildren, and also loved the family Yorkshire terrier.

In addition to her beloved husband, Allen, Ann is reunited in Heaven with her siblings, the late Joan Kershner (late Homer), and late Helen Neville (late B. John); and in-law’s, the late Annie Gray (late Peter), and late Senar Senarian (late Elizabeth).

She leaves her children, Karen Bianchi (Edward) of Newton and Charles Senarian (Tara) of Waltham; her grandchildren, Paul Bianchi (Nicole) and Kseniya Senarian; her great-grandchildren, Nora, Blake and Avery; her sister-in-law, Ida Fahey (late Ed) of Newton; and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will honor and remember Ann's life by gathering for a calling hour in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham on Tuesday, June 27th from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. before leaving in procession to Our Lady Comforter of the Afflicted Church, 880 Trapelo Road, Waltham, where her funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Newton Cemetery, Newton.
